By accessing Zunex Quiz Prep, you agree to these terms. A parent, guardian or authorised school representative should supervise use by children where appropriate.

Independent service

Zunex Quiz Prep is an independent practice platform operated by Zunex. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by HRCA Mega Events. References to third-party contests identify the subject of practice only.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and device.

Quiz rules

Quiz attempts may be timed and automatically submitted when time expires. Users must not manipulate timers, results, question content or platform security.

Acceptable use

You may use the platform only for lawful learning purposes. Copying, scraping, reselling or publicly distributing questions, images, answer keys or platform content without permission is prohibited.

Purchases

The price, access period and included features are shown before payment. A purchase is complete only after payment confirmation from the payment provider.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, technical issues or content updates may cause changes or interruptions. Zunex Quiz Prep may update features and practice content when reasonably necessary.

Results and eligibility

Practice scores do not establish eligibility, ranking, certification or entitlement to any official competition prize. Consult the relevant organiser’s official rules.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Zunex is not responsible for indirect loss caused by device failure, internet interruption, unauthorised account access or use contrary to these terms.

Suspension

We may restrict access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or serious violation of these terms.
