We use information to provide accounts and quizzes, calculate results, show progress, support users, prevent misuse, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Children’s information

The platform is intended for students with appropriate parent, guardian or school involvement. A parent or guardian may ask us to access, correct or delete a child’s eligible personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Zunex Quiz Prep does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Paddle’s privacy terms also apply to information it processes.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with providers supporting hosting, security, communications, live chat and payments, or when required by law. Tawk.to provides live chat and processes messages and basic technical information entered into its widget. Do not send passwords, card details or login codes through chat.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service is entirely risk-free, so users should protect their email and device access and notify us of suspected misuse.
