Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital quiz access

Unless the product page states otherwise, a refund may be requested within 7 days of payment only if the purchased access has not been used.

After access begins

Once paid quiz access has been used, it is generally non-refundable because delivery of the digital service has begun. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate payments, incorrect amounts or payments received without the promised access will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method.

Cancelled services

If Zunex Quiz Prep cancels a paid service and does not provide a reasonable replacement, eligible customers will receive a refund for the affected purchase.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, and unused time is not refunded unless required by law or stated at purchase.

How to request a refund

Use the support form and include the purchaser’s name, payment reference, purchase date, account email and reason. Never send card numbers or security codes.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may apply.

Official contests

Zunex Quiz Prep does not sell entry to HRCA or other third-party competitions. Their separate registration and refund rules apply to official events.
